Titled “The human microbiome in health and disease - A course for educators & microbiome enthusiasts”, the course is aimed at science educators, researchers and anyone interested to learn more about the power of microbes to influence health and disease in our bodies. The course runs from 27 November to 13 January 2024, and participants are invited to join at any time across the seven weeks. The workload is estimated at 2 hours per week, with a course certificate available on completion. The working language of the course is English.

The human microbiome in health and disease course has been developed in collaboration with EMBL_EBI Public engagement office and in partnership with MERCK. We are hoping that this course reaches and benefits as many of the people you connect with as possible, so we would be grateful if you could distribute the call to those in your network and also forward it to any parties that might be interested in promoting and participating in the course over the next seven weeks.
